Yes, all Kent International products come with a limited manufacturer's warranty. This covers defects in materials and workmanship. Please refer to your owner's manual for specific duration details.
What is your return policy for sports equipment?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged.
Will my bicycle arrive fully assembled?
To ensure safe transit, bicycles are shipped 85% assembled. Some basic assembly of the handlebars, front wheel, pedals, and seat is required. Tools and instructions are included in the box.
